We are very excited to invite our first professional coach from a Eurasian country!

Vlad K is an experienced leader who has done student ministry and church ministry for more than 20 years.

He will come along-side local and regional church leaders and help them to discover their next steps in ministry. As a coach, he will help them to overcome barriers and get unstuck so they can move forward.

With Russian as his first language, he can hear the heart of a leader in ways that our American coaches never will.

Vlad is a skillful coach with professional skills who will help these leaders to plant new churches and build reproducing networks of multiplying coaches.

Vlad needs $2,400 for this year so that he can invest 10 hours a week in coaching church-planters throughout the Russian-speaking world.
