Training Conference for 23 Church Teams
This is an exciting coalition of leaders and organizations who are working together to see two hundred new churches in Albania by 2020. This effort is led by Albanians who have a passion to plant new churches for new believers.
Leadership teams from twenty three different churches gathered to evaluate where they were and dream about where they want to be. Various teams were helped to break through barriers to move forward in the next six months.
During the conference, church-planting movement leaders who lead groups of churches in Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia, Kosovo and Macedonia were coached. We explored how to lead over distance and how to build a loyal “tribe” of leaders who serve locally and collaborate nationally.
